Thanks to a Cochran Family Youth grant from the Community Foundation of the Northern Shenandoah Valley, the Winchester Area SPCA has added a new humane education program for students 12 and under. We are so grateful to have this opportunity to teach young children about the importance and responsibilities that come with pet adoption.
