Thanks to a Cochran Family Youth grant from the Community Foundation of the Northern Shenandoah Valley, the Winchester Area SPCA has a humane education program for students 12 and under. We are so grateful to have this opportunity to teach young children about the importance and responsibilities that come with pet adoption.
